Indoor Rock Climbing – Unified Climbing Club
Climbing teaches organizing, processing and problem solving skills; and is a lot of fun. Regardless of your experience, hone your climbing skills and hang out with our professional instructors to get fit, make new friends and be a part of the climbing community. Climbing occurs indoors or outdoors depending on season and weather conditions. All equipment and adaptations are provided. Friends and family are encouraged to join in!
For a few select indoor climbing sessions we will be partnering with students who are part of the the School of Mines Assistive Technologies and Adaptive Equipment Club. These students are helping the NSCD and our participants experience rock climbing through special adaptive equipment.
Other dates for indoor climbing sessions at the School of Mines Outdoor Recreation Center:
January 18; February 15; March 15 and April 19.
