Adaptive Adventure Camp for Youth, Teens, & Adults
NSCD Adventure Camp brings participants into the Denver Metro area for a mix of adaptive outdoor recreation, including kayaking and paddle boarding, archery, outdoor rock climbing, and whitewater paddling.
Designed for youth, teens, and adults of varying abilities, the camp focuses on getting outside, trying multiple new experiences, and building confidence through supportive instruction and shared adventure. Please note this is a day camp and does not include overnight accommodations.
Participant Info:
- Ages 8+ | For youth, teens, & adults
- Open to a variety of skill and ability levels with no prior experience needed
- Adaptive equipment available
- Transportation provided to daily activity sites from the NSCD Adaptive Program Center
- Some water-based activities have a maximum equipment weight limit of 250lbs
- Independent self-care or caregiver support is required
