As the Winter Park Program Supervisor, you’ll lead year-round adaptive recreation programs while supervising instructors, coordinators, interns, and volunteers. You’ll support daily operations, staff development, program quality, and participant services across a wide range of adaptive sports and outdoor recreation opportunities. Working closely with the Program Manager, you’ll help ensure programs run safely, efficiently, and in alignment with NSCD’s mission to #RethinkAbility.
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor manages the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of NSCD programs in Winter Park and the Denver Metro area. This position supervises program staff and interns, directs participant services and instruction, and supports the continued growth and success of year-round adaptive recreation programming.
