Enjoy adaptive flatwater adventures including canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, and fly fishing. Experienced instructors and adaptive equipment provide safe, supportive experiences for participants of all abilities. (minimum age varies by each camp & retreat)

  • Open to a variety of skill and ability levels with no prior experience needed

WATER SPORTS ACTIVITIES

    Water Camp

    Ages 8+ | This four-day adventure introduces participants to flatwater paddling and whitewater experiences, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and inflatable rafting. Skills are developed progressively from calm water practice to more advanced river experiences.

    Sailing

    Ages 5+ | Experience the beauty of Grand Lake, CO through adaptive sailing in a safe, supportive, and relaxing environment. Led by volunteer instructors, participants learn basic sailing skills and water safety while enjoying stunning views of Rocky Mountain National Park. This program is made possible through the generous support of the Grand Lake Yacht Club Sailing Foundation.

    FREE Fly Fishing Clinics

    Ages 6+ | In partnership with Rocky Mountain National Park Service, participants learn the basics of fly fishing in a guided outdoor setting, including casting technique, water reading skills, and wildlife observation along Colorado’s rivers.

    Custom Group Adventures

    Ages 5+ | Groups of five or more can participate in adaptive water sports tailored to their goals, including canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding in a supportive group setting.
