When you join our NSCD community as a volunteer, you are joining a community of change-makers, belief-shifters, barrier-breakers and can-doers, all looking to be their best selves and help others live their best lives while sharing the joy, fun, adventure, and beauty of Colorado’s great outdoors and all that it has to offer. Our volunteers receive extensive training in whatever area they choose to volunteer, so you’ll be well prepared, confident and excited to share your passion for life with the new friends you make here.

Special Events Volunteers
Volunteer at NSCD special events and be part of an unforgettable experience! From fundraising to community celebrations, you’ll help create magical moments for athletes with disabilities.
Winter Park Volunteers
Join the NSCD this winter and be part of thrilling Winter Park adventures! As a volunteer, you’ll assist individuals with disabilities in skiing, snowboarding, and other mountain sports, fostering a sense of independence and achievement.
Front Range Volunteers
Volunteering with the National Sports Center for the Disabled lets you empower athletes with disabilities through exciting activities like archery, cycling, and rock climbing. Join us to make a difference, foster inclusivity, and experience the joy of adaptive sports!
