NSCD Moves! Workout
Two times offered:
1) 9:00 am – 10:00 am
2) 10:15 am – 11:15 am
This is your opportunity to get fit and have a blast. NSCD Moves! Workout offers culturally competent workouts with adaptions for each movement. Whether you are very fit or just getting started, the NSCD staff will help you reach your maximum potential through high and low intensity interval training, calisthenics, yoga, plyometrics, parkour and Olympic lifting.
Friends and family are welcome. All equipment and adaptations will be provided.
